Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
